Dispute and Buyers Protection
Customers' satisfaction is Jeugmark's pride. We promise to refund your money if item is not as described or not delivered within the Buyer Protection period.
Buyer Protection Period is 10 days after order is placed. However, our sellers try their best to ensure items get to buyers as fast as possible ― some promise same day delivery.
After order receipt, buyers have 24 hours to lodge a complaint. This is because we release payment to sellers 48 hours after you select PAY SELLER option ― an action we assume signifies your satisfaction with the order received.
